Świętokrzyska 11/21, 00-919 Warszawa and by SUERF – The European Money and Finance Forum with its seat in Vienna at Otto-Wagner-Platz 3, A-1090 Vienna of my personal data contained in the registration form for the purpose of, and to the extent necessary for, organizing the international conference entitled Challenges of Interactions between Macroprudential and other Policies.
INFORMATION CLAUSE
In accordance with Article 13 section 1 and section 2 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (O.J.UE.L.2016.119.1), hereinafter referred to as GDPR, we would like to inform you that:
 
  1. The administrator of your personal data is Narodowy Bank Polski with its seat in Warsaw at ul. Świętokrzyska 11/21, 00-919 Warszawa and by SUERF – The European Money and Finance Forum with its seat in Vienna at Otto-Wagner-Platz 3, A-1090 Vienna.

  3. Your personal data will be processed subject to you consent, referred to in Article 6 section 1 point a) and in accordance the General Data Protection Regulation.
  4. Your personal data will not be disclosed to international organisations or third countries.
  5. Your personal data will be kept for one year from the begining of the conference Challenges of Interactions between Macroprudential and other Policies i.e. till 14 February 2020 or until you revoke your consent to data processing.
  6. You have the right of access to your data and the right to correct and delete them, restrict their processing, the right to transfer them, the right to withdraw your consent at any time which will have no effect on the compliance with the right to data processing exercised on the basis of the consent prior to its withdrawal.
  7. You have the right to make a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO)/the national supervisory authority if you consider that the processing of your personal data is in breach with the currently applicable legal regulations governing personal data protection.
  8. Your provision of personal data is voluntary, yet refusal to provide them will make it impossible for you to register at the international conference Challenges of Interactions between Macroprudential and other Policies.
  9. Your personal data will not be used to take automated individual decisions, including in data profiling.
